Shipping policy
Made to order, in Michigan
Every Swift Blocker is stainless steel, made to order in southeast Michigan. Orders ship on approximately a one-week lead time. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Domestic (United States)
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more — which includes every blocker we make.
- Orders under $70 ship at a flat $8 standard rate.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
Canada
Select models are available in Canada through our Canadian distributor, K2 (k2shop.ca) — stocked and shipped from within Canada, with no cross-border duties or surprises.
Other international destinations
International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express with rates calculated at checkout. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged at your border are the responsibility of the customer. If your country is not offered at checkout, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Issues with delivery
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. If tracking shows your package as lost or stalled, reach out at support@swiftblocker.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
